Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment All coaching sessions (1-2-1, group or block bookings) must be booked through our official website. Full payment is required at the time of booking using a credit/debit card. A booking confirmation will be emailed immediately upon successful payment. 2. Rescheduling & Transfers 1-2-1 Sessions: Rescheduling is allowed with at least 2 hours notice before the scheduled start time, at no extra charge. Missed or late reschedules may incur fees. 3. Cancellation Policy More than 2 hours notice: Full refund or credit towards another session. Less than 2 hours notice: 25% of session fee is charged. No‑show: Full session fee is charged. 4. Late Arrival Sessions will end at the scheduled time regardless of your arrival. We regret we cannot extend time for late arrivals and full session fees will still apply. 5. Coach Cancellation / Weather Interruptions If we need to cancel a session (e.g. extreme weather), you’ll receive as much advance notice as possible. You’ll be offered: Alternative session(s) of equivalent value or a full refund or credit if no suitable alternative can be arranged, including excused missed sessions during coach cancellations. 6. Block Bookings & Packages Sessions in a block must be used within a 12 month period. Unused sessions expire after the period unless coach availability issues arise; extensions may be granted by request. Block bookings/packages are non‑refundable unless exceptional circumstances apply, in which case a credit may be considered. 7. Participant Responsibilities Please ensure your contact details are accurate and up to date to receive all booking confirmations and schedule updates. Coaches should be notified immediately of any health issues, injuries, or special requirements prior to sessions. 8. Communication & Booking Amendments All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (by email or via the booking platform). In-person requests or third-party messages may not be accepted. Amendments are recorded once confirmed via email. 9. Refunds & Credits Refunds are processed within 14 days of a confirmed cancellation. Credits for future sessions are valid for 12 months from issue date. 10. Booking Confirmation & Agreement By paying for and booking a session or package, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions. For parental bookings on behalf of children, you also confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian.
